▶ It is not recognized even when a book or card is shone on it.

- If the image recognition is not successful, touch the yellow [+] part in the center to search the image again.
- It is recognized well when the image is projected from the front to fit the box.
- The image may be difficult to see due to light reflections such as lighting, so use it in a place with as little light reflection as possible.
- Not all pages are recognized. Please refer to the page where the Chinese character magic appears!

▶ There are cases where the image is not recognized or the app stops in the middle.

- If the image recognition is not successful, touch the yellow [+] part in the center to search the image again.
- The Magong app includes an augmented reality (AR) function, so if you use it intensively for a long time,
App overload can occur. Close the app for a while and try running it again!

▶ It takes a long time to start the app for the first time.

- When you run the app, you need time to prepare for the operation to recognize the image of the Magical Thousand Characters Book.
- Older smartphones may be slow to run the app.

▶ It is cumbersome because I have to write Chinese characters every time I open a book.

- If you check 'Skip from the second time writing Chinese characters' in the environment settings, you can skip it from the first time you try it.
- However, skipping Chinese characters does not apply if a page contains more than one Chinese character!

▶ The animation video is playing and sometimes stops.

- The animation video is played over the Internet, so if the Internet speed is slow, it may stop in the middle.
- Please use it in a stable Wi-Fi environment.

▶ The sound of the video recording file is too low.

- During video recording, the sound from the smartphone speaker is recorded. Please turn up the speaker volume.

▶ Video recording stops automatically.

- The maximum video recording time is 30 seconds, and the recording is automatically completed after 30 seconds.
- The front camera (selfie) is recorded in units of AR models, so if the model is changed by illuminating a different place, the recording is automatically completed.

▶ The photos and videos I took are not displayed in the smartphone gallery.

- Depending on the smartphone model, photos/videos may not be displayed directly in the gallery. (media scanning delay),
