A personal account allows you, without wasting extra time, to simply and safely transfer the readings of metering devices, pay for water supply and sewerage services without a commission using a bank card and use other useful functions and reference information. The registration process takes a minimum of time: it is enough to know the personal account number and the amount of the last payment, which the subscriber will find in the receipt.

In the Personal Account, the subscriber receives detailed information about the state of his personal account, current balance, history of payments and transmitted readings.

A convenient function of the Personal Account is the ability to link several personal accounts to it. If the user has a need to transfer readings or pay for services on two or more personal accounts, there is no need to register a separate Personal Account for each account.



To link an additional personal account in the "Personal Account", you must enter the account number in the appropriate columns, as well as the last (or penultimate) amount paid on it, and confirm by clicking the "Connect" button. You can switch between personal accounts in the upper part of your personal account to the left of the "Exit" button, where, if necessary, you can unlink your personal account from your account. Connecting an additional personal account does not require additional authorization in the system. This function makes it possible to manage several personal accounts from one "Personal Account", transfer readings and pay for several real estate objects, for example, a residential building, an apartment and a summer cottage. In addition, the user can work not only with his account (or accounts), but also help other subscribers with payments for water, for example, their elderly relatives who are not “friendly” with the Internet.
