The system for remote patient monitoring includes the Comarch HomeHealth 2.0 application, available on a smartphone or tablet, and integrated measuring devices tailored to the patient's needs.
The application guides the user step by step through all the measurements, reminds them to take them and sends the results to the Comarch e-Care telemedicine platform, where they are automatically analyzed by the system and then described by medical personnel. The history of measurements is also saved in the application, so that, depending on the mode, the patient or caregivers and doctors can view it. The application is very user-friendly and intuitive, designed for, among others, about seniors. With her support, each patient will perform the measurements independently and correctly.
